Mr. Kipton Cox, what can I say about this little cutie! When Christi arrived with Kipton he was WIDE awake, and 3 hrs into the session he was STILL WIDE AWAKE!! lol Bless Christi's heart, he just wanted to be held the whole time and be next to his mama! Never the less, we got some pictures of him from our first session. We will be doing another session in hopes that he will sleep! Wish us luck!

Meet Ava! This absolutely beautiful girl lives actually 2 doors down from me so I'm lucky enough to see her sweet face a lot. Ok...this little girl is growing up so fast. I met the great couple of Ericha & Carl when they came into the studio for newborn portraits. Yes, I said it NEWBORN portraits!! Now look at Alexis, whom I like to call Sweet Alexis! I can't believe she is almost one! :( Time just flies so quickly! She was by far the happiest baby at Wye Mountain on Tuesday. All the on lookers couldn't help but laugh at Carl doing jumping jacks and running around like a monkey trying to get Alexis to smile. She was just so taken by all the people and the flowers she didn't want to pay attention to the lady with a camera! But even though she wouldn't really look at me, we got some AMAZING portraits!! Here is a sneak peak!

Daffodil Festival 2010 Benton, Arkansas

Last week I had a chance to get out of the house and take the girls to the Daffodil Festival located at Wye Mountain. This is something my family and I have done since we moved here...going on 3 wonderful years!!! It's really amazing to compare the portraits I did of my first child Riley, then the next year, of her and Olivia, and now this year. Maternity Mama!!

This is beautiful Melissa. Her unknown little bump is due in early May. I think it is awesome to meet another fellow mama that didn't find out what they were having while pregnant. *And I would recommend doing this to anyone!!* Melissa came over on Sunday afternoon to model for me so I could get some portraits for an office space. This was not an ordinary session, I was totally just playing around and experimenting with Melissa and she was such a great model just enduring shot after shot of what she probably thought was craziness. Thanks again Melissa for being such a great model for me and I really hope you love your images as much as I do!

My little girl Olivia!

Here are some images I took of my little precious baby girl Olivia. Here is a little bit of a back story on why I decided to do a session of Olivia with a lot of bread. On my wall right now I have some canvas portraits of big sister Riley in a HUGE stew pot, playing with real noodles, and veggies (lettuce, carrots, onions..etc) all around her. Okay, now fast forward to Olivia's portraits. I wanted something for my other wall with her and didn't want to do the same thing. Well if you know Livy, you know she LOVES her bread! Seriously...so...insert bread portraits!

TWINS

I was able to visit with a good friend from High School last week whom I played softball with all threw high school. To sit and think about how far we both have come is exciting and scary! Exciting to see her beautiful twin girls but scary that the time is just FLYING BYE!! OMG these beautiful twins were just great! From Braelyn trying to dump Bailey out of the chair, to their little growls was just so stinking cute!!! Here are some of my favorite images! Enjoy

Meagan..aka: my babysitter & awsome model!!

Recently my babysitter agreed to model for me out of the goodness of her heart! :-) I was wanting a junior/senior model to just play around with in the studio with some of the new things I learned at my latest photography conference. I personally think, and of course I may be bias, but they turned out AMAZING!!! Thanks so much Meagan, and looking forward to our outside shoot coming up Spring Break!

Daffodil Festival 2010

Daffodil Festival is here! I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do a spring special this year. This place is an absolutely beautiful place to go have portraits taken or take the family for an outing and pick some very pretty flowers. The drive up to Wye Mountain is so pretty and relaxing I would encourage anyone to really check the festival out. Last week I was in Oklahoma visiting my family and had a chance to get with my best friend Lauren and take some pictures of my "nephew" Wyatt! He is such a cutie! Here is just a sneak peek of some of the images! Oh.. and just look at those amazing baby blue eyes, he is going to be a ladies man!!

Look how adorable this family is! I absolutely had a blast photographing this family in Little Rock. Thankfully the day we met, it was not raining, and very little mud to watch out for. James was just such a great little guy this afternoon also! He was all smiles, and I don't think I had one bad image of him! My Fav Family The Singletons!!!

Back in November, (and YES...I'm that FAR behind with posting images from sessions-lol) I met Paige, Eric & their children at my Little Rock locations. The got out of the car all matched and so cute I was so excited to get to work with creating their beautiful images!! These are just a taste of that they all got to see, but I think we had an absolute great time! The weather that day couldn't of been any better, and the kids just enjoyed playing in the leaves afterwards, I couldn't help but shoot and over shoot!
